BEar LAkE 2008

so we go out every summer to Bear Lake and stay in my aunt and uncle's cabinish thing. we had about 24 pple come this year!! i know a lot! so we went tubing and i was pretty awesome, we went wakeboarding (not great but ok) then we just chill on the beach. it was so fun cuz wyatt and i brought Steve tubing and when the boat would get to fast for him he would tell us "to fast to fast" and my uncle wouldnt stop the boat unless one of us fell off so wyatt or i would have to jump off the tube. it was not fun. and then jake britney and i all went on the super mable (a 3 person tube) and we sat on our butts instead of laying on our tummy, and when we hit the waves, it was AWESOME we got TOTAL air!!! it was so much fun, and not did we get to go boating, jake and i got our 4 wheeling permits, so we got to go 4 wheeling too. we had 2 boats, 5 four-wheelers, and 24pple. it was AMAZING!!! here are some totally rockin pics :) PEACE

FOX 13

so last year in like September or November my Jr. Jazz along with the Jazz and Blaze Dancers team got asked to be on Fox 13 with Big Buddah!!!! :) i know excting, and it totally was!! well i got there about 3 or 4 minutes before we went on air so i hurried up and got dressed and when i came back i had enough time to ask what we were doing and what we had to do is stand in a line pass the mic down and say our first name and our age. so we did that then after we got ready and did our "What Time Is It" dance. then when we werent filming we got to take pics with Buddah and the Jazz & Blaz Dancers it was so fun. OH MY GOSH!!!!! I LOVE my buddie Shelby, she is WAY WAY WAY nice!!!! so she is on her school drill team so she didnt try out for the studio dance teams, but she came to the auditions to say hi to everyone and she took me out on my break to the mall, and she bought me the CUTEST pair of pink heels AND two shirts from wet seal!!! SHELBY ROXX MY SOXX!!!! Shelby if you are reading this YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :P :D :] PEACE OUT!

Dance AUDitiONs day TWo!!!

so today i went to the jr. jazz callbacks and we learned a whole new dance (kinda easy kinda hard) then we performed it for the judges (NOT SO HOT) then we did callbacks (did better) then we had to free style for like 20 seconds (i thoght i did good) then we all had to do the dance 2 more times for the video camera (cuz the jazz pretty much get to decide who's on the team cuz they want younger looking pple), after that we had to stand in a line while courtney went along the line with the camera and we had to stand any way and smile (my smile felt so retarted). then after jr. jazz callbacks were done i had cheer tryouts (i dont like the teacher that taught us the dance cuz parts werent even cheer) then after we learned the dance and cheer we went to do the cheer auditions (i was in the first group and didnt do to well) then after the cheer try outs we had a break. then i had hp hop try outs (i think i did ok), but on eof the judges got mad at us cuz only 1 of us was wear tennis shoes and this other girl didnt pull her hair back so the judge got made cuz she couldnt see her face half the time!! now i am finally done!!! so late late late tonight the results are going to be posted on the web site so i am WAY nervous, but i wont find out about jr. jazz til August 15th!!! So i will blog what i made when i find out!! :) TTYL :P

CalL baCkS!!!!

OH MY GOODNESS!!!!! so this is how dance auditions went, so i got there at 2, we learned 2 across the floors (not that hard) then we had to learn a combonation (i learned it at dance workshops), then we learned a ballet combonation (HARDEST THING EVER), then we started the audions, now being #208 i was in the last group. so we went in there and we stood in a line in number order, the ballet teacher asked us a ballet term to do, i got some weird thing that i didnt know what it was so i just made something up on the spot (it was totally wrong). then we did the ballet combonation (TRAIN WRECK), no one in my group knew what they were doing, no one was on the same count, including me i had no idea what i was doing, i totally forgot it, then we lined up across the floor and i did pretty good i smiled ALL THE TIME!! then we did the combos on the left (not so bad). after that we went back into the center then did the combo i knew already from workshops (felt totally good about it) no one really knew what they were doing except for me!!:) when that was over, we went back into the middle and had to do our best right turn, i did a double then courtney (the director of the studio) told me to do my triple (it was ok but i kinda fell out of it). then we all had to do our right splits (FLAT) then we had to do our left splits (pretty close to flat), then we left. we waited a while then they did call backs, i was in the 2nd group with all the favorites, but we went down and did the dnace that i already knew (i did good i thought) then we waited some more then courtney came in the room and told us that she would call us at 10pm and let us know if we made it to call backs. so at 10 i was freaking out and then aly (one of my dance friends) called me and i thought that she was calling to tell me she made the call backs but she hadnt found out yet so we were both freaking out wondering if we made the call backs or not, then courtney calls aly and told her that she made the call backs. then i am driving with my mom at like 10:15 courtney calls and says "hey alyssa, it's courney, i know it's passed 10 but i dont think you'll care but YOU MADE CALL BACKS!!!!!!!!" :) :P :D i was so so so so happy!!! but now i have to do jr jazz and cheer tryouts tomorrow and i am so nervous but i will tell you all about it tomorrow!! Dance AUDitiONs!!!

OH MY GOSH!!!! so i was suppose to be at girls camp for 3 days from July 29-31st but i had dance auditions on July 30th-31st!! so i am going to dance auditons today and i am so so so nervous!! yesterday i pinched a nerve in the right side of my neck so i cant move my neck a lot to the right side!! :( so im going to give the judges all i got cuz i want to make jr. jazz really bad, and if i dont make the jr. jazz callbacks, i could have just gone to girls camp, so i am really hoping that they will choose me to go to the callbacks. well when i get back from the auditions i will tell you if i made the callbacks. FOrEigN exChanGe StuDEntS!!!

OH MY GOSH! i got 2 foreign exchange students last week!!!!:) They are from CHINA their american names are Gary and Steve!!! they are so funny. Their fav. game is GO FISH!! it is so so so funny to play with them cuz they get so into it. they go to class while they are here from Monday-Friday. (Friday is their short day) In China they go to school frm 7am-9pm!!!:O i know it's FOREVER long!! I wouldnt be able to live in China.

SiLly SADiE!!!

My dog Sadie is way way silly!:D She's a brittney spaniel. She's 2 years old and pretty big. she LOVES playing outside in the snow. when you throw a snowball at her, she will try and catch it in her mouth!:) she is a hunting dog so she also LOVES chasing birds, it's so funny to watch her chase them. she will also chase any kind of light (flash light, laser pointer, ect.) i taught her some trix, so she can play dead and roll over!!! :P SHE'S THE BEST DOG EVER!!!!!
